The 31st annual Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival will take place March 8-10, 2019 at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler.
Event Details
The Ostrich Festival is a community and family event featuring three stages of interactive shows and attractions, meet & greets with your favorite mascots, ostrich-themed activities, national & regional entertainment, carnival midway, spectacular food, upscale arts & crafts and much more. In addition, there are performances by several local community groups throughout the weekend.
The headliners for this year's main stage are Flo Rida (3/8), The Commodores (3/9) and Andy Grammer (3/10). We’re excited to bring Big Bounce America, Big Bee the Transforming Robot Car, Victoria Circus and BMX Pros Trick Team to the festival for the first time!?
Returning to the festival are many fan-favorite attractions including Mango and Dango, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs Adventure Land, the Imaginology STEM Tent, Pig Races, Professor Smart’s Science Show and Bear Hollow! Returning rides include Turbo, the Giant Ferris Wheel, the Century Wheel, Vertigo, Inversion, 1001 Nachts, Quazar, Pole Position Coaster, Wave Swinger, Giant Scooter and Scrambler, among many others. The festival will also feature kiddie and family rides, including the Frog Hopper, Tom Kangaroo, Chopper Hopper, Lolli Swing, Wacky Worm Coaster, Looney Tooter Train and more!
We’re also introducing for the first time, an educational Ostrich exhibit where you can get an up-close look at live ostriches, learn about the beautiful birds, their history in Chandler and take photos!?
